I like Batman: The Killing Joke, I really do. I've read it countless times over the years and bought the Deluxe edition a couple of years ago.

Weird that you just noticed or that the Joker is wearing a hat? As I recall, the Joker had a fondness for hats and trench-coats in the 70's - 80's.
